What Happens After I Sign Up For Any Level of The Program?

Once you purchase any level (tier "START", "PROFESSIONAL", or "ELITE UNLIMITED""), you will receive an invoice with details of your purchase, and login details to the Elite Career Mentor Student's Portal (where some training materials are located).

We will email the full instructions to get started, including

- a coaching agreement, detailsing the outline of the program and details of the coaching relationship

- start the work to research your ideal roles, their requirements, your ideal employers, their requirements, market information, skills and GAP analysis, pay information and more. This work takes 1-2 weeks.

- we will ask for information to put together your CV, cover letter templates, LinkedIn optimisation template, STAR profile, and resume video. This work takes 1-2 weeks.

- we will send you all the information and documents, to look over and modify, if needed.

- you will receive links to book your follow up calls, information to watch training videos / and/or coaching calls to start implementing your job search strategies (depending on your level of engagement (tier)).

Can I Upgrade Between The Levels To Get More 1-1 Assistance?

Yes! Absolutely. (Depending on availability). The availability of the next level depends on the subscription level of the program. I work with Elite Career Mentor VIP Program members in a 1-1 capacity and my time is limited. Why Do You Charge in USD Although You Are Based In New Zealand?

I work with global candidates in many countries and my accounting software only allow for one currency. You can use a currency converter, such as www.xe.com to check the conversion rate from your currency to USD.

Can You Provide Legal Visa & Immigration Advice?

No, I am not a licensed immigration adviser, I focus on the key to your future - getting a job offer.

However, I work with a team of professional, licensed immigration adviser partners around the globe and I will refer you to them, or other advisers if you need any visa or legal immigration advice. You may also choose to complete your own visa process, and that is acceptable, as long as you are clear on your visa and immigration pathways.

What If I am Not Ready ...

What will make you ready? Being ready is a decision, not waiting for external circumstances to change. Once the decision is made firmly, the resources will appear (not the other way around). This decision will stretch you, put you outside your comfort zone – this is where you will need to be to compete globally for a top, skilled role.
