1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within this period.

To be eligible:

  • Your request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase
  • You must have engaged with the program in good faith (e.g. attended at least one scheduled session where available, or accessed provided materials)

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. After the 14-Day Period

Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are provided after the 14-day period, except where required under applicable consumer laws.

You acknowledge that:

  • The program involves allocation of time, resources, and intellectual property from the outset
  • Key strategic deliverables may be developed or scheduled early in the engagement
  • Results depend on your participation and external factors beyond our control

3. Payments and Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You remain responsible for completing all agreed payments
  • Access to services may be suspended if payments are missed
  • Access will resume once payments are brought up to date

Failure to use the service does not cancel your payment obligations.

4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

We understand that schedules can change.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
