Below is a summary of how to get started
I’m thrilled to work closely with you on landing your ideal job in the next 30–60 days—without relying on online applications. Please follow the steps below so we can begin straight away.
1. Communication
- All emails will come from zee@elitecareermentor.com. Please whitelist this address.
2. Program Access
- Your login for the Student Portal will be emailed separately (check spam/junk if needed).
- You don’t need to begin training yet; we’ll advise when to start.
3. Community & Coaching Calls
- Join the Elite Career Members Facebook Group.
- Weekly group coaching calls are on Thursdays at 4 pm NZT via Zoom.
- Attendance is optional; all calls are recorded.
- This weekly live call is in addition to any 1-1 calls per your program level inclusions.
4. Documents
- You have a shared Google Drive folder—check your access (granted after your purchase).
- Upload any missing documents (CV versions, scanned qualifications, etc.).
5. STAR Profile Preparation
- Watch this video.
- Complete 3–5 STAR Profile Examples using this template. (one per sheet).
- Upload each example individually to your folder. (The sooner you do this, the faster we can build your profile.)
6. Next Steps
We’ll begin the research phase—defining your job targets and requirements, including a GAP analysis and Skills Analysis, identifying employers, and creating your CV, cover letters and LinkedIn profile. This stage takes about 10 working days.
