- Current CV / Resume AND
- Proof of your visa, e.g. visitor's visa, work visa, residence permit, AND/OR
- Eligibility Assessment Report OR Letter from a licensed immigration adviser, AND/OR
- Your own Eligibility Assessment (printout of which visa(s) you qualify for and the requirements, AND/OR
- Skills Assessment (qualifications assessment from the qualifications authority in your destination country)
